CONVOLUTER 80-220, is a machine for shaping expanded resins in geometrical pyramids with rollers. The CONVOLUTER 80-220 is equipped with the following:

- metal rollers that are independently regulated in millimetres;
- roller load adjustable to cut required polyurethane thickness using a wheel;
- roller load side width adjustable with a symmetrically movement using a wheel;
- unload roller;
- cutting speed (8m/min);
- blade sharpening system and sharpening residue vacuum;

The CONVOLUTER 80-220 is used in the following sectors:
